Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Penacta handles information submitted through business inquiries and direct communications.

Information you provide
When you contact Penacta, you may provide business contact details and project information such as company, role, device type, formulation category, primary container, dose requirements, target market and documentation needs. When you submit the inquiry form, the submitting IP address is also recorded alongside the inquiry, for security and spam control.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare requested information, maintain business correspondence and protect website and communication security.
Website measurement
Penacta measures page views to understand which pages are useful to visitors. This measurement uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. Each view is recorded with the page path and, for counting visitors, a value derived from the visitor’s IP address combined with a salt that is regenerated every day. That value cannot identify a person, and because the salt changes daily it cannot be used to follow a visitor from one day to the next. Browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not measured at all.
Sharing and retention
Project information is shared only with personnel or service providers who need it to support the inquiry, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements. Retention depends on the inquiry, contractual requirements and applicable law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements, by emailing info@penacta.com.

Do not send highly confidential technical information until an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is in place.
