Samples and customization
Stock samples, customized samples, pilot units and production units may differ. Purpose, configuration, artwork, packaging and acceptance criteria should be agreed in writing for each stage.
Documentation
Document availability depends on product, project stage, confidentiality requirements and authorization. Complete certificates or controlled technical records are not automatically public downloads.
Lead time and delivery
Schedules are confirmed in the quotation or order documents after configuration, quantity, customization, packaging and delivery requirements are reviewed.
